Rolando Park and Redwood Village are officially in City Council District 9 as of December 12th
Our city council representative is Council President Sean Elo-Rivera. Our new D9 community representative is Martha Zapata, MarthaZ@sandiego.gov. We look forward to meeting Martha at our January 9th community council meeting.
