In a 21-4 vote, RPCC members voted to support the San Diegans for Justice proposal for a Charter Amendment to the City of San Diego to establish an independent commission on police practices. The proposal will go to the City Council on July 7 and if approved, it will be on the November 2020 ballot for voters to decide.

San Diegans for Justice will add Rolando Park Community Council to their growing list of supporters.
