Dan and his wife Stephanie moved into the Rolando Park neighborhood in 2015. Since then, he’s become very involved with our community, organizing the yearly community yard sale and actively supporting the RPCC as a Member at Large.

Dan has been a real estate agent for a few years now. He clearly loves his profession and helping first-time buyers purchase their first home, as well as uniquely marketing homes for sale utilizing cutting edge technology. He’s also very excited to give back as an affiliate agent in Homes for Heroes^®, a program that helps firefighters, law enforcement, military, healthcare workers/EMS, and teachers.

In his free time, you’ll find Dan running with his dog Cassie over to Chollas Lake, gardening in his backyard, and woodworking. He likes to make custom cutting boards for his clients and even gives them his own special cutting board conditioner.

Dan really likes the community feel of Rolando Park. He’s become active in RPCC because of the focus on community issues and efforts to improve Rolando Park. He’s also enthusiastic about revitalizing the annual community yard sale, which had become stagnant in recent years.
