At our March 13 meeting, RPCC members voted overwhelmingly to support pursuing inclusion of Rolando Park in the ordinance to protect our single-family homes.

Unfortunately, as expected, on March 16, the Mini-Dorm Owners filed a lawsuit against the city over the ordinance. For now, we will have to wait for the trial to be over to proceed. We will keep you posted as we continue to get information.
