Some good news for some of our streets this next fiscal year (FY26, starts July 1). Following the water and sewer pipe replacements, the impacted streets will be repaved.

Also on the list to be repaved is Newsome Dr., which we’ve been requesting for repaving since 2018. Its current condition according to the city’s pavement condition index is 5.62 (out of 100), which is a failed condition (we know!).

We submitted requests for other streets suggested at our April meeting and will follow up with those.
