Enjoy our Rolando Park Outdoors!

There is a Zena Canyon cleanup scheduled for Saturday September 19. The event is part of the Creek to Bay Cleanup sponsored by I Love A Clean San Diego. It’s from 9am to noon. The canyon opening is on Zena Drive by Meridian Avenue.

Come join the comraderie and feel good for doing something for the environment and our community. There will be PRIZES for most unusual item found, for whomever picks up the heaviest amount of trash (the most weight), and for best decorated trash bucket. Prizes include

• Hat

• Pickers

What’s provided:

• Snacks
• Water
• Hand Sanitizer
• Sunscreen
• Trash Bags

A limited amount of gloves and pickers are provided.

A dumpster is provided for the event. If you have large items (no hazardous waste or tires) that you want to dump, please bring them to the site between noon and 1 pm that Saturday.
