7:45 Presentation – Alexander Hempton from the City of San Diego will give a presentation on the newly expanded Get It Done application. The Get It Done app lets San Diego residents report problems across the city. Currently, users can report issues that range from graffiti to traffic lights to street repairs and more. The updated version allows residents to report even more complaints such as missed trash collection and even make appointments for passports
