Lieutenant David Bautista, who leads the SDPD Homeless Outreach Team (HOT), will present on SDPD’s policies and practices in interactions with the homeless; how the community can make referrals to HOT, and other resources for the homeless. We will be hosting this joint meeting with Redwood Village Community Council.
