This month, we’ll be joined by Cheryl Priyatel from Groundwork who will present a redesign of the community entrance at College Grove/College (aka pocket park) and we’ll be presenting preliminary concepts for the monument sign. Members will vote to approve/not approve both the park design and an initial concept for the monument sign.
We’ll also have information about our community cleanup on Saturday, October 28th at Zena Canyon. In addition to the canyon cleanup, Rolando Park and Redwood Village residents will have an opportunity to dispose of bulky items.
Last, as many of you already know, Officer Terry Hoskins is retiring at the end of October. This will be Terry’s last official meeting with us, but we’ll be welcoming his replacement, Officer Joshua Cummings as our new SDPD Community Relations Officer.
