7:45 Getting it done with Get It Done – A recent report from the City Auditor shows that many common issues like potholes are underreported or not reported at all and therefore not getting fixed. We’ll review making a report with the Get It Done app, getting help following up on unfixed/overdue issues, and other available resources to report and resolve issues in our community and the city. Our Community Relations Officer Josh Cummings and our District 9 Community Representative Roberto Marin will be answering questions on using the Get It Done app and best practices.
