Joint Use Park

  • On schedule to complete construction by end of May
  • Sod will be installed, reducing the maintenance period
  • Looking good for fall opening

Noise abatement from 94 Freeway noise – From Caltrans:

  • Noise abatement for a freeway comes down to a sound wall, which is only built with new infrastructure or when adding capacity to a freeway such as a new lane
  • The condition of the pavement itself isn’t what make the freeways quieter, it’s also the vehicles, vehicle tires, etc.

Treasurer Position Vacancy

  • Collects dues and maintains the membership list
  • Handles banking and disburses funds as authorized by the board
  • Maintains financial records
  • Very basic Excel knowledge
  • Time commitment is around 4 hours per month, including our general and board meetings
  • Two-year term and can be shared by two people
