Join us to build a thriving business district right here on University Avenue!

Rolando Park neighbors are joining together to help support our existing University Avenue businesses and encourage new businesses to plant roots.  We are also working with Rolando neighbors as both neighborhoods share University Avenue between College Avenue to the west and 69th Street to the east.

The University Avenue Improvement Group was formed in Summer 2014 and actively meets every other month. The committee is comprised of over 15 neighbors and works closely with the BID Foundation and other like-minded San Diego organizations.

Our goal is to attract and sustain a vibrant business district that becomes a destination for Rolando Park neighbors and our surrounding communities
