In January, we’ll have vacancies for both the Secretary and Treasurer positions as well as Member at Large positions. These are two-year terms. Time commitment includes one 1½ hour membership meeting per month, September through June at Rolando Park Elementary (or via Zoom), and one 1-hour monthly Board meeting on the third Monday of the month via Zoom. Candidates must be a current dues-paying RPCC member. See the descriptions below and contact us if you’re interested!

Secretary: Our community meetings are in-person and online via Zoom and are recorded, so only taking and reporting minutes for our board meetings is required. This board position can be coshared.

Treasurer:
* Collect dues and maintain the membership list
* Handle banking and disburse funds as authorized by the board
* Maintain financial records
* Complete reports and paperwork required of the RPCC
* If you can balance your checkbook, you can be the Treasurer! Only basic Excel knowledge is required to maintain our records in an Excel spreadsheet. The time commitment is 5-6 hours per month, including both our general and board meetings.

Member at Large: Members at Large take the lead on a committee or project. This board position can also be coshared.
