At our March 13 meeting, RPCC members voted overwhelmingly to support pursuing inclusion of Rolando Park in the ordinance to protect our single-family homes. Unfortunately, as expected, on March 16, the Mini-Dorm Owners filed a lawsuit against the city over the ordinance. For now, we will have to wait for the trial to be over…
