The Rolando Park Community Council bylaws were originally approved in July of 2004. The bylaws were later amended in May of 2014 and again in June of 2015, by votes of the board and the majority of the membership present at the May 2014 and June 2015 meetings. These amendments were minor in nature. Bylaws were amended in November 2017 to change the terms of board members from one year to two-year terms
