We always need volunteers for every event and cleanup and not having enough volunteers hampers our ability to do more for our communities. Please consider volunteering. Cleanups usually last an hour or less; dumpster days take only 2-3 hours and board positions require just a few hours a month.

- Sunday, February 1st, 7:30-8:30 am, Rolando Park Gateway cleanup (from Livingston to Meridian) first Sunday each month, meet at the Gateway (College Ave/College Grove Dr)
Board positions
General meetings are 90 minutes or less; board meetings are via Zoom and usually last 30 minutes. Time requirements average 3-4 hours per month for eight months (we do not meet in December, June, July, and August).
Secretary: Keeps minutes for all Council and Board meetings and maintains historical records. This position can be co-shared. Secretary will receive an AI summary to help prepare meeting minutes.
Treasurer: Collects dues, maintains the membership list, handles banking, and disburses funds as authorized by the Board. The treasurer maintains financial records, provides financial reports to the Board and the members, and is responsible for completing reports and paperwork required of the RPCC. This position cannot be co-shared.
Member at Large: Members at Large take the lead on a committee or project. This board position can be co-shared.
Co-shared positions can be shared by two persons willing to be a team candidate and co-share the responsibilities and time commitment of one position and represent one vote on the Board.
